Refund policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Customers in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable legal exceptions and exclusions. Cancellation requests may be submitted through our self-service cancellation process at any time before an order has been fulfilled. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us in writing.
